Get online support
Can I please get a service update for 2093. NBN site says no service issues but the downstream light is blinking. I've tried the power reset option. Service was working fine yesterday night at 9:30pm so outage occurred some time overnight.

I have since raised the issue to our Engineering team for assessment and to investigate what's causing the issue.
