There was an NBN outage for your area yesterday but NBN says they have restored it.
Can you try turning off the NBN-NTD device and waiting 30seconds and turn it back on.
Also, do the same with the modem.
I have escalated this to our engineers to check further and someone will call you back ASAP within 48hrs.
We may need to lodge a fault with NBN if your NTD will sync up.
