no internet

Hi there is no internet over 10 hours , is there anyone can help me fix the problem?

Hi @AJ126, we've checked your connection your NBN box appears to be online but the modem isn't.

 

Here's what you can do:

  • Restart the modem
  • Reseat the cable connecting the modem and the nbn box. Make sure the cable is connected to the blue port of the modem.
  • Try a different ethernet cable if you cannot get the WAN light on the modem to come on.

 

Once the WAN is on, check if the Internet light is also on then check if you can get online. If the WAN light is on but Internet light is off, you may need to configure your modem.
