no nbn internet connection

no nbn connection since the storm yesterday at around 830pm. power and downstream lights on black box are green, but upstream light is flashing. restarted box multiple times to no avail. internet periodically worked again for approx 1.5 hours today between 630pm and 8pm, however, connection dropped again after.

have tried to contact technical support multiple times since yesterday, but no one ever picks up. checked nbn outage for my area and it always states no issue reported.

I just want to get this fixed.

We were able to locate your account using your community details and reviewed the case. It appears that the issue was caused by a faulty/damaged NBN NTD box, which was resolved after the attending NBN technician replaced the equipment.
