Hello, my ticket number is 10194422
I have had no nbn or phone since Tuesday and after waiting for 2 days, a technician came to the house today. he said that he had repaired a cable in the street and it seemed to be working, he then "reset" the NCD box and said it would take 10 minites to reboot. he left without confirming that all was well and we still have no nbn or home phone.
we have no dsl or lan lights and connection just keeps flshing.
Not happy!

We're sad to know that you're having issue with the service. We're able to locate the account and we've seen that this issue is now being handled by our Engineering Team. The issue has been escalated to NBN Co and they scheduled an appointment on Monday, 03 February 2020, 1:00 PM - 5:00 PM. Your attendance is needed.

Ok, so the tech came back today and we seem to be all good now.
The DPU? was faulty and the was replaced with an "updated improved" version.
The next dorr neighbours was down too so hopefully we shall be all good with no further issues.
when its on its brilliant with 90 mb/s so, loving it when it works.
