HI, bear with me I'm hopeless at tech stuff
We had a power outage at our home and since then the wifi hasn't been working at all. the 'online' light isn't showing on the NBN box and neither is the internet light on the tpg modem (model: VR1600v ?)
have no idea what to do to fix it so any help is much appreciated. thx !
