outlook email

Hi,

I try to send a new email via outlook and get the following mewssage:

"

Your message did not reach some or all of the intended recipients.

      Subject:     sunday test

      Sent:  25/07/2021 11:09 AM

The following recipient(s) cannot be reached:

      Deryk at work on 25/07/2021 11:09 AM

            Server error: '550 5.7.1 <deryk@playfix.com.au>... Relaying denied. IP name possibly forged [118.208.242.123]'

I have changed my password as advised, but i am still blocked. Can anyone help? Thanks deryk

@derykandlinda did you receive an email advising you that your email address was blocked? From whom did you receive this email? What was the content? Did you reply to it advising that you have reset your password?
