I can’t find the critical information for the plan I am on: NBN Broadband SL Bundle 12/1

the ones on the website don’t  seem to match what I am paying. I have one month left on my contract, can I change to another plan while still having a month to go? Wil I have to sign up to new lock in contract, or can I go month to month with not lock in and no extra charge seeing I am an existing customer?
