Hi Steve,

Thanks for chasing up the return of the TPG's modem.

Just a quick question, there is a "print off" Return Order Receipt. Do I keep this as proof I returned the modem?

Or do I place it in the package as proof of who sent it?

You need to print it and attach it to the pouch of the modem to ship it back.
