hi I am having the same issue with the router as other people. (sagemcom SGJy100058 version 1.0)
The 2.4/5ghz option has been removed.
I saw your post saying the modem has been replaced by tp link in April and that's when I got this modem.
could i get the modem replaced with the other one as well?

We checked the account and learned that a replacement modem/router has been requested by our Tech team.

I've got the modem replaced to a new one but the same sagemcom.
It persists the same problem. I was expecting to get a different modem as you mentioned in the other post? (TP-link)
Currently, Sagemcom is the main device for our 5G Home Wireless Broadband service.
The issue with the WiFi settings has been raised to our device experts and they are working on a new firmware to fix this.
There's no time frame provided, but will be posting any updates in the Community once available.
