the internet speed very slow since 28 Sep, the home Wireless Broadband and the mobile phone network all slow, in Greenbank QLD 4124

From 28 Sep up to today 4 Oct, the mobile phone received signal level only can get one dot around the Greenbank Pub Ln area in QLD 4124, but can get full dot at Blowns Plans QLD 4118.
TPG replied "there seems to be an ongoing upgrade and maintenance impacting the 4G network in your area". I view the status as below description:
