slow connection

Hi,

 

since this morning, my internet connection has been hovering around 16-17Mbps and yet i am on the 99Mbps plan.  I've restarted both NBN supplied modem and the TPG supplied Archer V1600V modem.

Can someone please check why this is happening?  I couldn't even go to a zoom meeting at all.
