slow internet disconnecting frequently

hi, i have been trying to call Tech support for 2 days , nobody answered , i could be still waiting. my internet is extremely slow and keeps disconnecting. i had enough that i cant get tech support and im directed to get answers from the community. im ending TPG services and joining another company. Had enough.
