Internet not working following NBN outtage

Following a lengthy NBN outtage in my area which is now resolved, my internet is still not working. I have checked settings on Huawei website which say it’s an ISP issue. I have turned everything on and off, unplugged etc and no luck. Please advise.

It worked! Thank you. Seems like turning it off and on again continues to be the secret of all tech solutions.

We were able to locate your account using your community details and tested the line, but was receiving a failing result.

 

Could you check the light status of your NBN NTD box? All 4 lights should be solid. If some are flashing or Off, please reset the NBN NTD box and make sure that the cables are intact.

 

Let us know the result for us to progress the case.
