I've made some adjustments on the line and refresh your connection since I've detected that the modem has been connected to the internet for more than 2 weeks now. Try to turn off the modem for 30 secs. then turn it on as well to refresh it as well.
I can detect that the modem is receiving a sync speed of 10Mbps Downstream and 1Mbps Upstream. Try to test your connection and keep us posted if there's any other issue.
