[solved] No HFC-NBN at all, after drop-out's in the last few days

Hi,

I had drop-out's already over the last few days, but today it's not working at all.

Not all router lights are on, not even after a router restart and the HFC-Converter-Box, doesn't have all lights turned-on either and which we also power-cycled.

The Converter has the top light solidly turned-on and the second light is flashing or the top two are solidly turned-on and the third one from the top is flashing.

My husband arrived this morning back from working remotely and had a look at it too, but there is nothing we can do on our end, we believe.

The Router has only the lights turned-on, which are shown in the photo.

Router: TP-Link Archer VR1600v
