throttled speed have not been reset, Jan 2024

Hi,

My speeds are throttled for the Billing Period Ends on 20 Jan 2024. But now it is already 21st, and the peak speeds are still throttled at 240kbps.

The speed reset usually happens automatically at 12 am AWST of 21st immediately. I have rebooted my modern and reconnected the DSL several times, I have test speeds for both wired ethernet and WiF, but the speed is still throttled. So I think there is something wrong.

Today peak speed is still throttled, after power off router 5 mins then reboot.

We've manually refreshed the connection and the service should be back to normal.

Please check the speed and the status on your end and let us know how it goes.
