upgrade to adsl2+ unlimited Plan

I have adsl2+ with home phone bundle 100GB plan. I want to upgrade to unlimited plan. But there is no this option in my account. There is only NBN bundle plan. When I check my address it say NBN will be ready Jan 2020. Can I still upgrade to unlimied plan? Thank you.
