Hi TPG support,
There is a major delay in delivery of TPG emails.
I send emails to my TPG account from my work email or from my Gmail email and it takes up to 2 hours for email to arrive in my TPG inbox.
I have even logged into TPG Post Office to check and it is the same.
This is terrible. Please advise.

Where should I send this as a private message please
People send me emails to my TPG email addtress and I don't get them for hours, sometimes it arrives the following day. At the same time I provide them with my gmail email address and I get it immidiately.
This has been am continuous issue, and whether the emails have attachement or not is irrelevant. It is the same story. it is also happening when I send an email from my TPG account the receipients get it hours later.

Getting same issue, no emails coming in for several minutes

There was an email outage last night though this has been resolved already. If you still encounter an issue, feel free to message us with your TPG customer ID or username.
