My wifi won't connect to certain sites anymore and 7plus won't load using wifi any more.
Let's have a look at your service and see what is going on with those websites. Flick us a private message with your TPG username or customer ID so we can locate your account and further assist.
@angelahunt @dylmeixi Restarting the modem may do the trick. Check if you're unable to access these certain sites from just one device or all of your devices. You may also check if these sites are accessible using a different connection like mobile data. If you are, you can try doing a factory reset on your modem.
