How to Check TPG Modem Delivery Status


This article shows you how to check the status and estimated delivery date of your modem ordered from TPG.

1. Wait For Modem Shipping Confirmation From TPG


Once your TPG modem order is shipped from our warehouse, we will send you an email confirmation containing important delivery information.


  • Shipping (Consignment Note) number: This is your StarTrack tracking number. Use this to track your order via StarTrack's website
  • Delivery timeframes: Metro deliveries to capital cities are normally made on the next
    working day. Deliveries in other areas are normally made within 2-7 working days, depending on your location.
  • Startrack details: Visit or phone 132345.

Important note: Your shipment details may not appear in StarTrack's online tracking system until after 7pm on the day it is shipped.

Visit StarTrack's website to track your order:


Click on Track & Trace

In the Tracking/reference number field enter your Consignment note number from the email from TPG.

Click "I am not a robot" then click "Track now".





You will see a detailed timeline of where your order is:

If you weren't home when StarTrack attempted the delivery, they'll leave a card in your mailbox. Your delivery will be held at a StarTrack location or your Local Post Office (LPO) for 7 days before being returned to TPG. 


If your modem is returned to TPG please contact TPG Customer Service on or 131423 (option 3) to request re-delivery.
