In the Tracking/reference number field enter your Consignment note number from the email from TPG.
Click "I am not a robot" then click "Track now".
You will see a detailed timeline of where your order is:
If you weren't home when StarTrack attempted the delivery, they'll leave a card in your mailbox. Your delivery will be held at a StarTrack location or your Local Post Office (LPO) for 7 days before being returned to TPG.
If your modem is returned to TPG please contact TPG Customer Service on firstname.lastname@example.org or 131423 (option 3) to request re-delivery.
