Again, I cannot dial 1300 numbers on VOIP

This is the second time I have had this issue.  It has been months now that I cannot dial any 1300 numbers from my VOIP service.  The last time this happened, after quite some troubleshooting with technician TPG resolved the issue.  I am able to dial any mobile numbers, any interstate numbers (ie, 02, 03 etc) and local numbers.  I do not want to spend the hours I spent last time troubleshooting this only to find it was something that had to be resolved at the TPG end.  Does anyone else have this issue?
