Anyone else got no adsl2 in Arncliffe area

And has anyone been able to contact tech support trying for 6 hours now just so they can run through waste of time modem checks before raising a Telstra ticket complete waste of time

We have forwarded line issue fault to Telstra,  For your reference ticket number is 59481431.

we will update you once we receive update from Telstra.
