Went through the process of proving who I was and was in the process of being transferred to someone who was going to assist me in cancelling the service when I was cut off. Tried ringing back on multiple numbers and was placed on extended hold on all of them with not one taking the call. Moving on the 29th of this month, hopefully it will be resolved by then, ahhhhhhhhhhhhhhh, very frustrating.
