After further investigation that you could have done, it was discovered that out of my initial $20 prepayment in 2013, I have made 27 calls to 13 and 1300 numbers since I was forced onto NBN. These were previously included in my add ons. That is a total of $8.10, leaving me in credit to the tune of $11.90, hardly "unfinancial", wouldn't you say? I have been paying recurring charges a month in advance for 7 years and should not be treated like this.
