Hi, can you please confirm if a home phone line is setup at my house? and/or can you advise how to get a home phone line installed?

My records shows that your internet service is up, and you can check your phone service is up as well.

Could you check if you have dialtone?

On NBN services the telephone line comes from the TPG modem. Please check it out.
