Cancel home line

Hi I'm a tpg customer and I want to cancel my landline but keep my nbn. How do I do that?

Hi @lillif . The phone service is bundled with the internet service. If you don't want to use the phone service, change to the $0 PAYG plan so you are not charged for the phone service each month, then unplug the phone from the router.
