Cannot ring Home phone from mobiles

Unable to ring my home phone from any mobile.

I receive the message " We are sorry your call cannot be completed in the long distance company you have selected. Please dial your call within access code"

Hi There does not appear to be an active call barring showing on my NBN digital control panel.
