Hi all just change my updaded my plan from NBN 50 - NBN 100 last month and are still getting same as before and as well no longer been able to recieve or make any phone call.
And every time I call from my mobile phone I get this QCA0188.

What a **ing joke you lot are. I changed my plan over from nbn 50 to nbn 100 with a phone like I have done since 2017 and you now **ed up my plan by not giving me a phone to recieve or make call and you have the **ing gore to ask me to pay a futher $10.00 a month for a phone line.
