Faulty home line

Fourteen months of problems with home phone and TPG complaints  and/or customer relations cannot fix it.   Can somebody give me contact details for the CEO as surely he can kick some backsides and make them fix it.   When I ring out, nobody can hear me.   Callers get stupid messages from TPG saying my line is no longer in service (after 44 years!!!!!) so think I have died.   TPG  say they cannot turn these messages off.   Nobody else I know with TPG gets them, so why do I..   There has got to be someone out there who can help me.
