I cannot make or receive calls. Have a dialtone & the phone dials then disconnects.
I have done all troubleshooting.
This is not the first time I've had problems with the home phone. From very noisy lines to not being able to use the home phone at all.
Internet is working.
Remote test showed that the line is stable and the modem is connected for almost a week now.
I have organised a call back to be made tomorrow, 27 May 2021 between 1-2PM AEST from a member of our Technical Team to assist and check for any underlying cause.
