Home phone can't make outgoing calls, but can still receive incoming calls

Over the last few days, I can't make outgoing calls, but I can still receive incoming calls.  I have rebooted the modem which did not fix the issue.  I see others are having the same problems - it seems the solution is only provided via PM.

Thanks @BasilDV for resolving this so promptly, apparently there was an issue with a pending payment for the OZ-talk add-on, which was making the Home Phone status "unfinancial".  Based on the number of posts here, I'm assuming this is a widespread issue on the TPG side, and not something caused by the individual customers.

Have you checked if your account has a pending balance?

 

If yes and your service is paid, shoot me a PM with your TPG username or customer ID number.
