Used to work well. Today couldn't call out. But able to receive call from my own mobile. Please check what's wrong.

Are you able to check the outgoing calls again? The service was suspended yesterday due to payment issues.
It is now active and should work normally.
We'll wait for your update.
Still not working
The service has been restored and working within specification.
