I relocated my service and the phone doesn’t work now. TPG customers service is the worst in the world and I was on hold for 15 minutes. TPG call waiting time average must be about 30 minutes in general. Well I’m looking for a better provider as a solution. TPG is the worst

I'm sorry to hear about your poor experience on your recent phone call with us and that switching to another provider has crossed your mind.

 

Although I can see that the homephone issue has been raised to our Engineering Team, I took the liberty to check the case and make adjustments. Please test your homephone. It should be working at this point. Let me know if you're still having technical difficulty.
