Hi Team,
Since installing the new TP-Link VX220 G2V a few months ago, the internet is working fine but the telephone is not working.
The phone light on the modem is not lit. In the modem portal it says "Telephone Status: Telephone service unavailable. Please check your account settings or register a new number."
Could you please assist?
