My VOIP connection has stopped working.

My phone is prompting me to check the connection but everything seems OK.

Any assistance would be appreciated.

What troubleshooting have you performed so far? Let us check the status of the VoIP, send us your details (Username/Customer ID together with the address on file).

How do I private message (PM) in the community
