Get online support
Folks,
My new FTTP internet service was installed recently and connected up today.
Internet access is working fine.
Connected my phone to the phone port on our TP-Link VX420-G2v modem router as per the TPG install instructions. The phone is not working - I can't ring out, con't ring in.
Modem admin login shows "telephone unavailable".
How do we fix this?

Common problem when FTTP first connected. Mods will sort it out. They may not see this for day or so.
