Hi,
I am new customer. Moved to TPG recently using my existing cable TV connection. Got email from TPG last night saying everything is fine, but it's not. Phone not working for incoming or outgoing calls. Have tried 2 differetn phones...same issue.
I have followed the instructions and plugged both phones into the Phone1 port. Ringing the "landline" number from other devices gives the message "The number you have dialed is not valid"

Thanks for reaching out to us. I have already made some adjustments on my end to get your phone to work. Kindly test both outgoing and incoming calls and let me know how it goes.
