over the weekend the Home phone has no dial tone, but I'm still able to use the internet? Also the account status page still shows that the Home phone is active. Could you please confirm what is the issue? Is it related to NBN rolling out in the area?

I have made some enquires with our Engineering NOC teams, and they have possibly resolved this issue.
Can you check your ADSL2+ phone service is working as normal now and let us know.
