We switched back to an NBN plan but now our home phone line is no longer connected. There is a dial tone but we cannot make outgoing calls and the number also cannot receieve calls. We are using the same TPG supplied equipment and have not disconnected anything.
Our current plan is: NBN Cable Broadband SL Bundle 25 (R).
