Phone issue

Hi,

My connection is TPG and we are using a Uniden Xdect Digital cordless phone bluetooth for business. At the moment, we cannot make any calls nor receive calls. The internet connection seems working fine as we can do/make sales transactions. Can you please shed some light on this?
