Phone line not working but internet connected

Internet is working fine but phone line is not -  phone message says to check Tel line

the light on modem on.

We have located the account using your community details. We have checked the status of your connection and it shows stable for more than 23 hours now.

 

Your VoIP service shows registered as well and it should be working. Are you able to test if you are getting a dial tone?

 

It would be best to check if the handset and phone cable is properly connected. You can refer to this link: Where to plug in your telephone handset with NBN?

My phone line connection cut out when I ring over seas.

If I get a call from over seas I can hear them but they can't hear me
