Phone problem

My home phone does not ring when I get an incoming call from the Telstra network. I am on NBN wireless. Calls from other networks seem OK. My mobile is on the Telstra network and I cannot call home. To get by, I have an old phone plugged into the old copper wires and when that rings I can answer it, but I cannot answer the incoming call on the phone connected to the TPG NBN, it does not connect. Does anyone else have a similar issue?

Hi @stevecharles,

Can you try these troubleshooting steps.

- Turn off modem/router for 2-3mins and turn it back on again.

- If it's still the same; Unplug the NBN box wait for 2-3mins then plug it back in.
