We were able to locate the account using your community details and seen that you are now under our NBN HFC service. I've checked the home phone and learned that the porting is already done with an active status.
You need to contact Telstra to terminate the home phone service with them. TPG is unable to request it on your behalf as they might need some of your personal information to proceed with the request.
