Porting my VOIP number from MyNetfone to TPG NBN

I have signed up for TPG NBN50 with it due to be installed on 14 Jun.

I have a Mynetfone VOIP service that we use as our primary home phone number. It is possible to port this number and make it my phone number attached to the TPG NBN service? I would prefer not to have a new phone number.

What are my options?

a) Port the MNF VOIP number and make it my number atatched to my NBN service?

b) Do not use the TPG NBN number and install a VOIP ATA (Cisco SP112) on top of the TPG supplied TP-Link AC1600 router and configure it for the MNF VOIP service?

c)  Do not use the TPG NBN number or TPG supplied TP-Link AC1600 router and install another router and configure it for the MNF VOIP service? Any suggestions for router model?

d) Others?

Hi @gbrooks10 ,

Welcome to TPG Community!

We'd like to check if your Mynetfone VOIP service number can be ported to the TPG NBN service.

Please shoot me a PM with your current VoIP number.
