Porting of land line

Hi TPG

I was hoping to port a land line number that was recently disconnected to my nbn hfc account. Just wondering how I go about doing that?

Hi @Wendalbeast, 

Porting a number requires the homephone service to be active on both the transferring Telco and the receiving Telco. 

If the number or the service attached to the homephone is disconnected, then porting is no longer possible.
