Our ADSL2+ service in the Melbourne suburg of Coburg has not been working since yesterday morning. Is there an outage in Coburg? What is the estimated time for repairs and what compensation/alternative service options are available?

There's no reported outage in Coburg Victoria as per our Service Status Page: http://tpg.com.au/servicestatus. We have located the account using your community details and we can see that your service is completely down at the moment.

Thanks for following up. Finally confirmed with Telstra last night that there is an issue and they are sending a technician out tomorrow to repair the line. Can you clarify if Naked ADSL is available on my exchage? My problems with Telstra mena I would consider dropping my account with them all together.
