Get online support
I am wondering what is going on with fixing my landline phone. I haven't heard anything from TPG since 17th Oct.
In account -> TPG FTTB Phone Service it says it is active.
When I try to ring out, it dials then I get a continuous tone. When someone calls me they get a message "this line is congested".
I have had the same problem before & it was fixed in a quicker time.
