TPG Tech Support does not respond after waiting for more than 30 min on the phone.
I would consider TPG quality of service inacceptable.
I have to spend the whole day trying to reach TPG Technical Support, and cannot get the help, no one responses to me.
This is not a Christmas or any other holiday time.
Apart from that, the reason, I tried to get tech support is pretty serious: I caanot make or receive any calls on my smartphone, that DOES SUPPORT 5G.
